I worked out regularly for about a year before I joined WILL It Fitness. In one boot camp session, not only did I notice a change in my body but my friends noticed it too. My arms and legs are more tone and defined. The instructors of WILL It Fitness (Melanie and Nicole) provide exercise programs that offer a unique and refreshing way to get in shape. The workouts encompass whole body movements that give you maximum results and don't waste your time. Each day we do a different routine which keeps the class challenging and fresh. The workouts have improved my overall endurance, strength, and coordination. One of the things I like best is the small class size which creates a supportive, friendly, and fun environment. With that being said, I decided to end my gym membership and continue with WILL It Fitness to get the best results! Thanks, ladies!

Starting boot camp I didn't know what to expect. I hadn't done any physical activity for fitness in over three years and knew I was very out of shape. The first day was very challenging for me but I have kept with it and I feel amazing! I am sleeping better, and eating healthier. I feel the change in my in body not just in how I look but how feel all over. The workouts are challenging and fun! Nicole and Melanie plan thoughtful workouts and take the time to listen to what is important to each of their clients and design the workouts to meet your needs.

I have been working with Nicole for 12 weeks now and I have seen major changes. I'm down 40 pounds and I have lost 4.7% body fat and 8.25 inches in my waist. Currently my BMI is down 5.4. I have tried other workouts and didn't see the same results. Nicole really makes it fun and challenging. She gives you full dedication and helps you with a healthy lifestyle. I'm glad I have the opportunity to have her as my trainer she is really making a difference in my life.
